50 Cent’s mouth got in him trouble again, but this time his apology efforts are going above and beyond.

As reported, Fif has made an extremely large and generous donation of $100,000 to the Autism Speaks charity. 

"I want to turn this misunderstanding into an understanding,” the rapper explained in a video addressing his airport mishap where he made insensitive comments towards Andrew Farrell, who is autistic and afflicted by Asperger’s. “There are people that are ignored, mistreated and neglected with disabilities that need our support."

Farrell’s family asked that 50 donate $10K to help make amends after Fifty had an altercation with their son at the airport accusing Farrell of working while on drugs, when in fact he was affected by a disability.

"I am calling on my fellow musicians, actors, entertainers and all others who may not have fully considered this cause to join together to help in any way they can,” 50 added.

The rapper has apologized formally and also got his checkbook out. So while it’s still not an excuse for his actions, a hefty donation such as his is sure to make a positive difference.
