Suge Knight, Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre All Lose Millions in Bankruptcy Case

The lawyers working the case were the only winners on this one.

The bankruptcy case of Death Row Records has finally come to a close.

Unfortunately, the majority of those involved are taking a big, big L on this one.

As reported by TMZ, the final report has been submitted and, essentially, no one got any money out of it besides the estate of Tupac’s mom, Afeni Shakur, and the lawyers working the case.

According to the report, all parties were claiming that they were owed money but the case didn't rule in their favor. As reported, Snoop Dogg lost $2 million, Dr. Dre lost $8 million, Nate Dogg lost $5 million and Tupac lost $900K. The Tupac estate did walk away with around $75K, with the possibility of taking home an additional $57K, but that’s chump change compared to the total amount of money lost.

Death Row’s founder Suge Knight claimed that he himself was owed a whopping $144 million in the case. Guess he’ll be in for an alarming wake-up call when a judge signs off on the final report.

The lawyers involved also reportedly are walking away with a grand total of $8.3 million, making them the only real winners in this bankruptcy case.
