In Case You Were Wondering Who Lil Wayne Is Rooting for in the NBA Finals...

Wow.

Published June 9th

Lil Wayne’s been known to pledge allegiance to Midwestern teams. He’s a Green Bay Packers fan and now apparently a Cleveland Cavaliers guy, at least for the NBA Finals.

Weezy dropped a new song last night (June 8) and within it, he shouts out the Ohio team. Called “Off Off Off,” the track features mentions of LeBron James, Kyrie Irving, Kevin Love, Iman Shumpert, Tristan Thompson, Matthew Dellavedova and J.R. Smith.

The Cavs defeated the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday 120-90, and according to Wayne, ‘Bron’s always been the king when he raps, "The King wants his crown back? He never took it off." He also claims on the song that he has a funny story to tell Cleveland coach Tyronn Lue when he sees him next.
