We can all relate to running into our exes when we weren’t expecting to and what that feels like… but maybe not at Kylie Jenner’s party.

Chris Brown and his ex, Karrueche Tran, experienced just that, when both found themselves attending a celebration in advance of Jenner’s 19th birthday. As captured on video by TMZ, it doesn’t look as though time has healed the hurt feelings between Breezy and Karrueche, with neither wanting to comment on the matter.

Brown pulled up to the scene alongside Scott Disick, where it was all fun and games until it was time to call it a night.

As captured on video looking uncomfortable about how her evening unfolded, Karrueche can be seen making a quick exit and doing everything in her power to avoid answering questions about what it was like to be at the same party as her ex.

Judging from her facial expression, it was as awkward as can be and it doesn’t seem as though the press helped ease the tension at all.
