More People Were Hospitalized During Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa's Tour

Some kids just can't behave.

As J-Kwon once quipped, “Teen drinking is very bad.” And while we usually laugh it off or follow up with “I got a fake I.D. though,” it’s a message worth listening to sometimes.

Tell that to the over 50 people, mostly underage, who got alcohol poisoning at a Wiz Khalifa and Snoop Dogg concert in New York Tuesday night (August 10). The show was a part of the duo’s High Road Tour and took place at the Nikon Jones Beach Amphitheater.

According to Page Six, 11 people were taken to various hospitals in the area, including an 18-year-old who was so tanked he passed out, fell to the ground and broke his nose. Those who weren’t escorted to hospitals got a police call to their parents for them to be taken home. Four other arrests were made for possession of marijuana.

Sources claim teenagers were drinking vodka out of water bottles both in the restrooms and in the parking lot of the venue. Three teens sparked the initial breakout of drunkenness as their antics had law enforcement shutting down the restrooms and moving everyone inside.

This incident is only the latest one that happened at a show at which Snoop Dogg performed. On Friday (August 5), 42 people were injured in Camden, New Jersey, when a railing collapsed.
