Earlier today, reports quickly circulated that a SWAT team, which included the likes of several helicopters, were outside of Chris Brown’s home in Los Angeles following an allegation made against the singer by a woman who claims the singer pulled a gun on her.
Breezy also shared his thoughts on Instagram no less than three times to explain that he didn’t really know what was going on and that the whole thing escalating as quickly as it did felt like an attempt to ruin his image. During the whole situation, it was reported that Ray J was among the company at Brown’s house when everything went down.
Hours after this story broke, Ray J himself took to Instagram to share his two cents on the whole ordeal.
“I’m real upset about today,” Ray J says during the video clip. “I’m not happy with how things are handled and how people can take a false story and blow it up into something way more than what it should be.”
“You got just positive people around and you look outside and it’s like a war zone for no reason,” he continues. “For some stranger saying something about something that don’t got nothing to do with nothing and to react like that, so fast, without really knowing the facts, and knowing what’s up, ain’t cool. It’s just not right. It shouldn’t be like this.”
He then goes on to shout out Brown and remind him that he has his full support regarding this situation and always.
“I support the homie Chris and I support the whole movement,” he adds. “I’m here. And again, man, s**t gotta change. It can’t be like this every time someone yipping and yapping trying to get an extra buck. It turns around and it’s all bad on us. Ain’t cool.”
