There's exactly two weeks left to go until it is time to cast your vote, and candidates Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are truly doing what they can to make each remaining moment of the campaign really count.

For Clinton, that means recruiting someone like Jay Z to help to sway voters, specifically young Black voters, in her favor.

As reported, Jay Z will host a concert in Cleveland sometime before this year's Election Day in support of the Democratic candidate. While an exact date has yet to be officially scheduled, Clinton definitely is wise to make time for such an occasion.

In addition to Hov throwing the event, and hopefully performing, it is also rumored that LeBron James, who endorsed Clinton earlier this month, will attend.

Jay Z and Beyoncé have been longtime supporters of the Clinton family, most recently linking with Bill Clinton during the Made in America Festival early last month.
