Chris Brown isn’t your typical neighbor. He’s rich, but he also loves to have fun in a different way than his millionaire peers.

That’s why he was out ATVing in the streets of San Fernando Valley, California, recently. Apparently his harmless antics were too much for his neighbors, who recorded him riding around. Their comments are actually pretty funny if you take them lightly.

“Chris Brown over there acting a fool, popping wheelies on a 4-wheeler. Un freaking believable,” the neighbor complains. “All I’m doing is trying to go to park and his dumba** is doing wheelies.”

The best part is when CB is seen coming at the nagging neighbor, who is driving in his direction at the end of the video. He must know she’s recording him, because at the very moment she passes him, he does a wheelie just to irk her. Hilarious.
