Game Wins Battle In Sexual Assault Case

The case against him has been dropped.

A woman who filed a sexual assault lawsuit against Game for $10 million has reportedly lost a battle in that bid.

According to TMZ, Priscilla Rainey had requested access to the rapper’s financial records so she could determine his net worth prior to trial, however a judge is now shooting that down because she didn’t follow the court's procedural rules.

Rainey has two more weeks to refile her request before the two go to trial on November 16. Game had previously asked the judge to consider his accuser’s "promiscuous" sexual history in the case and the fact that she had been accused of theft.

The Compton rapper also took to Instagram at the time the sexual assault lawsuit began making headlines. He denied all wrongdoing and says Rainey “got kicked off [She’s Got Game] & as a result she filed this lame lawsuit which was probably her intentions before the show was ever even started."

The lawsuit was originally filed in August 2015.
