Tyga Says He and His 4-Year-Old Son Have These Shocking Interests in Common

He reveals what the two have in common.

It shouldn't come as a surprise to learn that when it comes down to his parenting style, Tyga is one to spoil his son, King Cairo

Given the rapper's own lavish lifestyle — an infamous mixture of irresponsible financial decisions and next-level flexing — it's almost to be expected that his 4-year-old son is gravitating towards being just like his father. Tyga himself points out the dangers of the fact their day-to-day routines as affluent celebrities are all that young King has come to know, but what's surprising is just how much his son is turning into his exact mini-me.

During a recent conversation with E! News, Tyga reflected on being a doting father to the young boy, going on to admit that he and his son are "obsessed" with the same things. Given Tyga's career as a rapper and King's young age, that may not be the best thing.

"He likes everything that I like: cars, women, jewelry," Tyga shared during the interview.  "I'm trying to cut back with him on the gifts because he gets very, very spoiled. He is very spoiled. He thinks he is supposed to have all of that, so I have to kind of teach him that I work hard to get everything."

Despite his son's early interest in the arguably inappropriate holy trinity that Tyga mentioned, he feels as though his baby boy won't want to get into music or pursue a career in entertainment as he gets older.

"Right now he wants to build Ferraris," Tyga added. "Right now he wants to be an architect; next year he might want to do something else. He's not trying to build or be a rapper right now. He just wants to build Ferraris. I know when I was younger I didn't want to be an architect."

Although some fans are expressing concern about Tyga's co-parenting, along with King's mother, Blac Chyna, given the drama he always seems to find himself in the middle of, the 27-year-old is proving he's wise beyond his years, detailing his approach being an active parent.

"You've just got to be an active parent, man," he added. "Just teach them lessons to make them feel what you felt, and they've got to understand that, you know? It can be taken at any moment, so you've got to work hard for it."

Take a look at Tyga and King Cairo enjoying each other's company and wearing matching Gucci outfits in the throwback posts below.
