What happens when two of the most iconic producers and hit-makers in music compete? We're set to find out pretty soon as Swizz Beatz recently challenged Timbaland to a beat battle and the his invitation was accepted, willingly.

Swizz took to the stage at the Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor press conference in Brooklyn, recently, where he challenged Timbo to the battle after calling him out for "talking s**t."

Timbaland seemingly wasted no time in responding to Swizz's words, taking to Instagram to share his dramatic response, completed with the Game of Thrones theme music playing in the background.

"Challenge accepted... You have woken up the king," he said in the video.

Neither a specific date nor time has been solidified for the battle. We'll keep you posted on when they decide to make this official.
