Yup, It Looks Like Beyoncé Is Already Working on Her Next Album

Strong enough to bear the children... then get back to business.

It seems like maternity leave is a foreign idea to Beyoncé. Just one month after giving birth to twins Sir and Rumi Carter, the singer is reportedly working on her next studio album. The Queen has to be the hardest working woman in music right now.

Celebrity blogger/personality B. Scott dished about the rumored album on his podcast on July 18, suggesting the Grammy-winning artist was in the process of rallying her musical team. “I’ve been hearing that Beyoncé is currently working on her next studio album. She is, in fact, trying to gather different producers and stuff to work with,” she said.

It shouldn’t be too hard for the “Sorry” singer to find a crew of collaborators, but what’s more interesting is that she’s allegedly come up with the album’s sound and subject matter. “She’s already having discussions about what her look is going to be for the next album. She already had a direction in mind and she’s been bouncing images around to people about what she would like to do or what she thinks the next look should be,” she added. “Which makes sense because Coachella will be here before you know it.” Bey had to cancel her 2017 performance at the Indio, California, music festival after news broke that she was pregnant. Mandated to bed rest, she promised to perform at next year’s show.

Bey's latest project, Lemonade, introduced a new sense of vulnerability and openness that the world hadn't seen before. So it's unclear where she plans to go next in her career. But there are a couple of subjects she could cover. Her growing family could be a hot topic and possibly feature a cameo from the Carter family’s newest musical talent, Blue Ivy. Or the upcoming album could also accompany Jay-Z’s 13th studio album, 4:44, which discussed a number of intimate details about their marriage. Bey loves to keep her fans guessing, but whatever she has up her sleeve, the BeyHive is more than ready for it.
