We May Be Learning a Lot More About Jay-Z and Kanye West's Relationship Very Soon

And much sooner than we thought, too.

Ever since Jay-Z’s unmistakable 4:44 lyrics concerning his brotherhood with Kanye West, a brotherhood which 2 Chainz claimed was cleared up by Ye at a later date, fans can’t quite put their finger on the current status of their relationship.

A new documentary titled Public Enemies: Jay-Z vs. Kanye, however, may help fans figure out how their hip-hop bromance came together and, reportedly, has now fallen apart.

In the official trailer for the documentary, which will premiere on Channel 4 in the U.K., we’re given a 40-second preview of some of Jay and Ye’s most pivotal relationship moments. As far as fans know, the breach in their brotherhood was sparked during Kanye’s infamous Saint Pablo tour, where the G.O.O.D. Music leader called Hov out live onstage on two different occasions. The trailer also begins with one of these climatic moments, as he’s seen on stage yelling out “Call me, bro!” to Hov.

The trailer also reveals snippets from sources that are close to both men, such as Just Blaze and Touré, as details of their purported rivalry are unveiled that existed long before Ye’s stage rant. The preview also boasts unseen footage and unheard testimonies in the film that will give new insight to viewers, presumably regarding information on Hov and Ye that didn’t make it to the public spotlight.

Public Enemies: Jay-Z vs. Kanye will premiere on Monday, July 31, at 10 p.m. on U.K.’s Channel 4.
