Video Released of Justin Bieber Accidentally Running His Truck Over a Photographer

Cringe-worthy.

The Beliebers of Justin Bieber weren’t too happy to hear the news that he’d be canceling the remainder of his Purpose Tour despite his insisting that it was for a pretty reasonable cause: some much-needed rest.

But in an ironically unfortunate twist of events, TMZ has released a video where he accidentally ran over a photographer with his pickup truck as he was reportedly leaving a Beverly Hills church service.

In the video, the 23-year-old climbed into his hefty-sized pickup truck as several flick-happy photographers surround him. Bieber eased his way out of the driveway, but apparently misjudged his distance to one of the photographers as the man goes plummeting under the right side of the truck. Bieber immediately stopped, hopped out of the truck and ran to the man’s aid after the accident.

TMZ added that the he stayed with the victim up until the paramedics and police arrived, whom allegedly shared with TMZ that he would not be cited for the incident. The man was sent to the hospital with non-fatal injuries, the site concludes, and even posted a video with a kind message for Biebs.

“An hour before my birthday hits, I get ran over by Justin Bieber,” he said. “Isn’t that something? He’s a good kid, though. I think the truck was a little bit too big for him, though, because there’s no way he can see over the front. It was the slope it was on, but like I said — he got out, he was compassionate. He’s a good kid. Accidents happen.”

He added that he would be going into X-ray procedures also, but we’re relived to see from the video that he’s doing OK.
