Mystikal Reportedly Indicted On Rape And Kidnapping Charges

The rapper's bond has been set at $3 million.

Nearly a month after turning himself in for allegedly raping and kidnapping an unidentified woman, Mystikal has now been indicted for both charges by a Louisiana grand jury.

As previously reported by KSLA News 12, last month the rapper turned himself into authorities and has now been indicted on one count of first-degree rape and another for second-degree kidnapping. Along with Mystikal, a 26-year-old man named Averweone Darnell Holman has also been indicted for the same counts and charges. Each of the men have had their bail set at $3 million.

Additionally, a 42-year-old Texas woman, Tenichia Wafford, has also been indicted for obstruction of justice after police claimed she sought to make the alleged victim alter her story. Her bond has been set at $500,000.

Back in August, Wafford told TMZ that Mystikal’s alleged accuser was lying about the night in question. “Ain’t nobody did nothing to that girl, like for real,” Wafford said in a video obtained by the publication. “She even told me — and yes, I got it on record — that she said ain’t nobody did nothing to her."

"This is some bulls**t though, they done threw me for a loop, ’cause if I would’ve knew all that, I wouldn’t have even called," she continued. "I just called to check up on a friend. That’s all I was doing."

In 2004, Mystikal was sentenced to a six-year prison term for sexual battery after attacking his former hairstylist. The rapper was also required to register as a sex offender in his home state of Louisiana.

Take a look at Mystikal entering jail earlier last month, prior to his indictment.
