When it comes to singer-turned-fashion icon Rihanna, branding is key. From her illustrious sportswear collaboration with Puma to her well-received makeup line, Fenty has easily become a household name. 

But in the case of some of RiRi's so-called "fans," the correlation between her real last name and the names of her makeup and fashion line were not so readily apparent. 

As any true member of the RihNavy is well aware, Rihanna's full name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty, but this revelation came as a shock to many social media users. The truth behind Rih's ingenious branding even led a handful of publications to marvel at the internet's hilarious reactions.
