The Usher Drama Just Keeps Getting Messier...

The singer's male accuser is spilling all the tea about their allegedly kinky night.

It’s getting hard to keep track of Usher’s alleged “sexcapades” these days. Numerous women have come forward accusing the singer of either exposing or infecting them with the herpes virus, and they are looking for a serious paycheck. Now, Usher’s male accuser, who claims the singer exposed him to the STD, is spilling all the tea about how their alleged night of passion went down in a Los Angeles spa!

According to new legal documents obtained by TMZ, the unidentified male revealed that the allegedly kinky night took place in a Koreatown spa. Additionally, one of the singer’s female accusers claims that she had intercourse with Usher at least twice. After contracting the virus, she reportedly had a stillbirth, to which she claims is a direct consequence of giving birth while infected, according to TMZ.

While Usher has refused to release his own medical history and status, he has protested the reports. In addition to denying his sexual involvement with some of the accusers, his legal team has previously used the argument that the women knew the risk of sleeping with someone unprotected. In a recent statement from Usher’s attorney, Zia Modabber, she told TMZ that "Usher will defend himself vigorously in court against these opportunistic claims and we will not comment further on private legal matters."

In addition to the Confessions singer's male accuser, he is also dealing with lawsuits from Quantasia Sharpton as well as two other women. One of the alleged victims, who is suing for $20 million, recently identified herself as Laura Helm.

Stay tuned as the drama continues.
