Black Rock
Rock 'n' roll has gone through countless transformations since its creation decades ago. While Black rock performers are rather scarce these days, legendary musicians like Chuck Berry, Little Richard and Bo Diddley are widely credited as the genre's originators. Though rock as we know it now doesn't exactly sound like "Johnny B. Goode," Chuck Berry can be traced in some of the greatest rock stars' DNA. With rock icon Lenny Kravitz currently in the headlines for his role in the blockbuster film, The Hunger Games, BET.com takes a look at the many faces of Black Rock and their influence on the genre.
