Flavor Flav may think that 911's a joke, but we bet he doesn't feel the same way about the IRS. At least not anymore. According to TMZ, the former Public Enemy rapper turned reality star owes over $900,000 in unpaid taxes from 2004 to 2006. What, he couldn't get a write-off for his struggling chicken franchise?
