Lady Gaga vs. Rob Fusari

Lady Gaga's ex-boyfriend Rob Fusari, who co-wrote Gaga's "Paparazzi," sued her for $30 million, claiming that he discovered her and gave her the name Lady Gaga. The songwriter, who'd previously written Will Smith's "Wild Wild West" and Destiny's Child's "Bootylicious," says he was promised a portion of the pop star's merchandising and revenue and that she's contractually obligated to pay up at least 20 percent of the profits from her two companies Team Love Child and Mermaid Music. Gaga responded with a countersuit on March 18, 2010, claiming that Fusari tricked her into signing an illegal contract. It's unclear whether or not Gaga paid up out of court, but both Fusari and Gaga dropped their lawsuits against one another in September 2010.
