14. DJ Jazzy Jeff

DJ Jazzy Jeff's legacy extends back to the 1980s, when he was one of Philly's illest turntablists and party rockers, credited with popularizing the transformer scratch along with Cash Money. He went worldwide with Will Smith, aka the Fresh Prince; their massive crossover hits propelled them to the small screen with the breakthrough sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, which Jeff co-starred in. More recently, Jeff's Touch of Jazz production crew has been an instrumental part of Philly's soul and hip hop scene, banging out beats for Musiq Soulchild and Jill Scott.
