Trippy Kit: Lyrics That Mention Molly

The drug has become the intoxicant of choice among rappers.

"Blk & White" - Rozay switches up his flow a bit here, getting more sing-songy than normal for the catchy, drug-dealing-fueled hook: "A n---a, black but he sellin' white." He also makes a controversial mention of Trayvon Martin, rapping, "Trayvon Martin, I'm never missing my target."(Photo: Jeff Fusco/Getty Images)

Trippy Kit: Lyrics That Mention Molly - Rick Ross is being criticized for lyrics that appear to glorify date rape. His guest verse on ATL rapper Rocko's "U.O.E.N.O.," which also features Future, seems to advocate drugging and raping a woman: “Put molly all in her champagne/She ain’t even know it/I took her home and I enjoyed that/She ain’t even know it.” Every other rap song nowadays seems to mention "Molly," a slang term for crystallized MDMA, the same chemical in ecstasy. The drug has seemingly become the intoxicant of choice among your favorite rappers and musicians over the past years. Don't believe us? Read on for a list of songs that are poppin' that Molly. Shut Your Trap – April 3, 2012 - While hip hop critics may have written Nicki off for her pop-geared singles, the Queens MC quickly put things back in perspective with the 2 Chainz-assisted strip club anthem “Beez in the Trap”(Photo: Courtesy Young Money Records)

"The Plan" feat. Juicy J - Surprisingly, O.N.I.F.C. starts to pick up toward the end — a rap rarity. ID Labs come with another great beat, pensive and powerful at the same time, with layers of keyboards floating beautifully in and out. But Juicy J is the real MVP here, giving the track a gritty O.G. gravitas that Wiz Khalifa lacks.    (Photo: Rick Diamond/Getty Images for BET)

"Lay It Down" feat. Cory Gunz and Nicki Minaj - The most unexpected moment on this album isn't Wayne's vagina obsession or his comical rhymes — it's his teaming with blog-favorite beatmaking duo TNGHT (Hudson Mohawke and Lunice), who lace him with one of their signature quirky electro-trap masterworks. The beat definitely inspired Nicki, who takes a break from her American Idol spot to absolutely steal the show. There's even a Cory Gunz sighting. (Photo: Larry Busacca/Getty Images for Pepsi)

25. Trinidad James, "All Gold Everything" - Seemingly out of nowhere, Atlanta's Trinidad James became one of rap's most in-demand free agents—and then Def Jam's newest, most expensive signee—in the wake of this cocky, catchy tribute to the gilded life. (Photo: Def Jam Recordings)

Soulja Boy - Diamond Shantaniece Mackey claimed in December 2013 that Soulja Boy fathered her son six years ago. In the paperwork, Mackey alleged that she only had two sexual partners during the period in question and the other person was of mixed race. She maintained that 5-year-old Portlon strongly resembles Soulja. Mackey had requested a DNA test, and claimed that she had witnesses who could verify her relationship with SB and his past visits to see the child.  (Photo: Ben Rose/PictureGroup)
