AEG CEO Randy Phillips was on the stand for six days to answer questions about emails that he sent and that were sent to him about MJ's mental and physical state during the tour rehearsals. "I'm not responsible for his medical needs," he ultimately insisted. "We're promoters — that's what we do."

AEG and MJ were to co-sign an agreement with Murray for Murray's services, but neither did — the paperwork didn't reach AEG until the day after MJ died.
