2. Robin Thicke feat. Pharrell and T.I., "Blurred Lines"

Despite ugly lawsuits and being accused of promoting date rape in his lyrics, Robin Thicke put the sexy back into '70s dance music with this monster jam about a girl getting seduced. The cut's rhythm is eerily reminiscent of Marvin Gaye's 1977 "Got to Give It Up," but nonetheless, established Mr. Thicke as an R&B power broker in 2013.
