In 2010, Alicia Keys bought Lenny Kravitz's downtown New York loft, and she continued the trend of buying homes formerly owned by celebrities when she and husband Swizz Beatz entered into an agreement to purchase Eddie Murphy's former home in 2012. The five-acre property includes amenities like a recording studio, bowling alley, and an indoor pool.
