Traveling from city to city and show to show, celebs may seem like they have super powers, but sometimes taking care of health issues trumps putting on a killer performance. Take R&B crooner August Alsina, who, after fainting and falling off stage on Monday (Sept. 16) at his Irving Plaza concert stop in New York City, was forced to postpone his Cincinnati show the next evening. The “No Love” singer is being treated for seizures at a NYC hospital. No word yet on the cause. Hopefully he's well in time for his Sept. 21 Testimony Live tour date in Kansas City, Mo.
