Yeezy Taught Us - It’s been a year since Kanye West dropped his platinum album Yeezus in June 2013, and the self-proclaimed genius is already teasing new music. While in London during Independence Day weekend for the Wireless Festival, 'Ye held a private, impromptu listening party at Café Royal Hotel. A witness described the songs as "dark," "hellish" and "ground-shaking."Surprisingly, however, none of the music's leaked. So, we here at BET.com came up with 10 things we're hoping to hear when the tunes do drop. Read on. —Dominique Zonyeé (@DominiqueZonyee)(Photo: Ilya S. Savenok/Getty Images)

A Rant Skit - When you think of the word "rant," Kanye is sure to come to mind. He's known for his unequivocal, extended monologues almost every time a mic is in his hand. 'Ye first went on an unscripted side note at a 2005 benefit concert for Hurricane Katrina live on NBC, during which he claimed President George Bush doesn't like Black people. Since then, the list of 'Ye rants have been endless. We'd like for him to give it to the paps and the fashion industry in one good angry rant track (something like "Pinnochio Story") over one of his classic soulful beats.(Photo: Ralph, PacificCoastNews.com)

Where Is Big Brother? - Before Kanye and Kim Kardashian became a public item in 2012, 'Ye was often spotted with his "big brother" Jay and wife Beyoncé. He even spent a lot of time with the Carters while he and Hov recorded Watch the Throne. But when it came time for Yeezy to celebrate his love for Kim with a lavish wedding in Florence, Italy, this past May, the Carters were M.I.A.Queen Bey extended her regards in an Instagram post, while rumors swirled that the Carters didn't attend because they didn't want to be on film for a Kardashian TV installment. However, the world still wants to know why Yeezy’s bestie was a no show.Speaking of no shows, baby brother Rob Kardashian also skipped the Kimye nuptials. Hopefully 'Ye will let us know what really went down.(Photo: Dimitrios Kambouris/Getty Images)

Is WTT II Still On? - Besides Jay missing 'Ye's wedding, hints that their relationship has soured resurfaced on June 7 when Kanye omitted Jay's name from songs he performed at the X Games in Austin, Texas. But what about Watch the Throne II? It was all good just a few years ago, when the duo had people from New York to France rapping along to "N---s in Paris." Hov even mentioned that he and Kanye have spoken about a WTT sequel. Is the unspoken tension in the air real, or can fans still look forward to another classic collabo from the two hip hop greats?(Photo: Jason Squires/WireImage)

The Real Deal Behind Nike - After he made history as the first non-athlete to have a full collaboration with Nike, and released two versions of Air Yeezys, Kanye — never afraid to show his disdain for bureaucracy — severed ties with the sneaker giant. The disbanding of their union was not amicable to say the least, and in true 'Ye fashion he went on a rant, bashing the company for refusing to pay him royalties. But the "New Slave" rapper backtracked after he announced a new $10 million deal with Adidas. He claimed that before he had a daughter he would have taken the deal with Nike simply because he loves Nikes. It's time to air out that shoe game, 'Ye.(Photo: NIKE)

All in a Picture - Speaking of wedding pictures, all that work Kanye claims he put into perfecting their first wedding pic paid off — the sweet image was the most liked photo in Instagram history at the time.   (Photo: Kim Kardashian via Instagram)

"One Girl Is Worth More Than..." - Kanye said he knew Kim was "the one" from the moment he met her, and it appears their relationship is allowing the "Bound 2" rapper to get in touch with his romantic, softer side. Although lines like "One good girl is worth a thousand b---hes," were undoubtedly heartfelt, listeners want a full-on dedication to this dream he's finally realized. Perhaps Kanye could nab his and Kim's favorite singer, Lana Del Rey, for added effect.(Photo: Kim Kardashian via Instagram)

See the Light - We reported that a fan who heard Kanye's new music described it as "dark" and "hellish," and according to 'Ye himself, his Yeezus music is "what frustration sounds like." It seems for the past four years, since he released the critically acclaimed My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy in 2010, he's been in a self-imposed exile using his albums as a public diary to share his issues with society, fame, and more. But with a new wife and baby, we're eager to hear a resolution, or at least a conclusion to that phase.(Photos: Roc-a-Fella Records, GOOD Music, Def Jam, Roc Nation)

Kim Kardashian @kimkardashian - On Father's Day, after a long afternoon of celebrating North's birthday, Kanye West and his baby girl passed out during the NBA Finals game. Lucky for all of our soft sides, Kim Kardashian caught the moment on camera. (Photo: Kim Kardashian via Instagram)

Nori's Song - Nothing changes a man more than fatherhood. With Kanye, he displayed a more relaxed and joyful persona while on his mother-in-law Kris Jenner’s short lived talk show Kris, where he debuted the first image of two-month old North to the world. He's even making business deals — like the Adidas move — with his baby girl in mind.(Photo: Kim Kardashian via Instagram)

What Happened With Kid Cudi? - Before Kid Cudi left G.O.O.D. Music, he and 'Ye were lending verses to one another like it was nothing. The former boss/mentor and protégé team have a slew of collaborations including "Erase Me," "Welcome to Heartbreak" and "Guit Trip." And let's not forget Cudi was a staple on Yeezy's G.O.O.D. Friday series. But Cudi announced he was going a separate way more than a year ago, and while he maintained that "everything was cool," (and Big Sean confirmed it), the boss himself has not yet addressed it.(Photo: WENN.com)

A Collabo With Drake - Kanye and Drake are two of the best rappers in the game. Individually, they have worked with almost every top-billing artist in music, including one another (they share writing and production creds on Drake's "Find Your Love"), but have never lent lyrics to each other's albums. A feature from Drizzy on 'Ye's next album would be epic, especially since they are such big fans and supporters of each other. In fact, the rappers are so tight, 'Ye had Drizzy's back at the Wireless Festival, covering his hits "Trophies," "We Made It" and "All Me," when the Toronto-bred rapper fell too ill to perform.(Photos from left: Johnny Nunez/WireImage, Pascal Le Segretain/Getty Images)

A New Chi-Town Collabo - 'Ye has been reppin' his hometown of Chicago since he relentlessly spit groundbreaking bars through his wired jaw on his debut single, "Through the Wire," in 2004, and he's continued to influence the Chi-Town rap scene, signing one of the pioneers of the movement, Common, to his G.O.O.D Music record label and continuously collaborating with fellow Chicagoans from Twista to Lupe Fiasco, and his own mentor No I.D..He's also been known to give the younger generation a chance as well. Yeezus featured a Chi-heavy roster including Chief Keef, Young Chop, Malik Yusef, and King Louie. Given that 82 were shot and 14 killed in Chicago just this past July 4 weekend, a new track featuring the voice of his hometown youth (we suggest Lil Bibby, Lil Herb, Chance the Rapper, or Lil Durk) is needed.(Photos from left: Bennett Raglin/BET/Ge...
