Slim O.G. - If you haven’t noticed, Rick Ross has been looking slim lately. He dropped about a hundred pounds after a few healh scares. The MMG Boss revealed his secret, stating, “I been working out. I been on that Ross fit program. It was something I started maybe a year and a half ago when Reebok had introduced me to it [cross fit exercising] and I just kept doing my thing and I done dropped a few of them [pounds], ya know.  I was quitting everyday but then they started dragging me on them long runs and once you out there, you out there so I got to finish and I just completed my first four mile walk/jog. That might be nothing for y'all but for me I used to just walk around the mansion.” (Photo: Prince Williams/FilmMagic)
