Here's how you can re-create this perfect summer 'do. First, wash and condition your hair, and towel it dry. Then, rub a little Motions Extra Firm Foaming Wrap Lotion into you damp hair. Section your hair into one-inch parts, twirl each piece around your finger to create china-bumps and hairpin in place. Once you've put your entire head into little china bumps, dry with a blow dryer or air dry.
