Earlier this week, a certain ex-A&R (believed to be former EMI employee Gary Harris) unleashed a nasty, now-deleted blog post bashing D'Angelo for not crediting him for discovering the soul singer during D's 90-minute interview for the Red Bull Music Academy last week. Talib Kweli thinks the angry A&R shouldn't be looking for glorification when finding new talent was part of his job description. #HeGotPaidForIt
