Posted Oct. 1, 2007 -- Who cares if Pamela Anderson's engaged for the umpteenth time? According to MediaTakeout.com, Tyra Banks will be getting hitched soon to her investment banker boyfriend, John Utendahl.

The talk show host/supermodel got engaged this weekend, reports the web site. The information comes from a family friend who says 52-year-old Utendahl popped the question during a private dinner at his NY apartment. "John didn't make a big spectacle ... they were having dinner like they often do and he just got down on one knee and proposed," the insider reportedly says. "I haven't seen the ring but I've heard it's beautiful - the diamond is more than 10 carats.

This would make the first marriage for Banks, and the second for Utendahl. Stay tuned for more information.
