TV writer and The Daily Show correspondent Larry Wilmore has joined CBS' untitled Peter Knight comedy pilot. From Sony and Happy Madison, the project is a workplace ensemble revolving around the young employees at a high-powered venture-capital firm. Wilmore, who created The Bernie Mac Show, will play the intimidating boss who has a playful side and cares about his employees. Wilmore was recently seen in the film Dinner for Schmucks.
