There are rumors that the R&B singer is going to be a father for the second time.
Could Ne-Yo already have another baby on the way? Blogger Sandra Rose says a source close to the R&B singer’s camp claims Ne-Yo and “friend” Monyetta Shaw are expecting another child.
Shaw is referred to as a “friend” because Ne-Yo notoriously noted in an interview last year: “I have a friend, not a girlfriend. She’s carrying my child but knows I can’t commit. She doesn’t mind other women." If Shaw turns out to be pregnant four months after giving birth to Ne-Yo’s first child, it’s quite clear the two are still very friendly.
Shaw and Ne-Yo both currently live in Atlanta. According to Rose, Shaw runs a high-end boutique in the Buckhead section of the city.
If it's true—congrats! Ne-Yo makes his film debut in Battle: Los Angeles, which is in theaters today.
