The singer says she's finally taking time to reflect and relax.
Despite publicly asking for her label to release her after the disappointing sales of her last two albums, Ciara isn't in a huff over her career’s latest happenings.
Speaking with Yahoo! Australia, the singer-dancer said of her next move: “Right now, I am in the process of letting things fall how they are supposed to ... It may sound crazy to you, but I have never really managed to take time for me and to enjoy my life and enjoy the benefits I have been blessed with.”
Still, she does have an idea of her goals for the future—among them transitioning into television, film and, of course, modeling, as the Atlanta-born entertainer is signed to Wilhelmina Models.
Ciara explained: “From my perspective, my goal is to do more than just perform. [It's] to use the platform I have been given to turn it into something more, to do something different.”
