Snoop Dogg Turns Down Judging Role on "The X-Factor"
Snoop Dogg says he declined judging role on "The X-Factor."
Simon Cowell has truly reached out to everyone, from former American Idol judge Paula Abdul to Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey, to be a judge on the American version of the popular British talent competition, The X-Factor.
Now another name has been revealed, only this time it’s an official decline.
Snoop Dogg says he was in the running to join Cowell on the show, but ultimately ruled it out because he didn’t want to make such a large commitment to the series. Snoop told Digital Spy: "They asked me to do that, but I don't think that's for me. I wouldn't mind going on the show as a mentor, but not as far as being a judge."
Cowell promises that the official judging lineup will be revealed soon.
