Looks like Will.I.Am really enjoyed his stint as the voice of Pedro in the upcoming movie Rio because now the Black Eyed Peas member is looking to flex his acting chops. At last week's Kids' Choice Awards, he mentioned that his role in the animated flick, which also stars Jamie Foxx and Tracy Morgan, made him want to make a name for himself in the movie industry.
"I want to do more movies. I want to write films," he told the L.A. Times. "I want to do a musical. In the vein of fantasy. Fantasy musical. I haven't seen that yet. Like a sci-fi, fantasy musical. If you were to take 'Harry Potter,' 'Tron,' and 'The Wizard of Oz' -- but today."
But we'll see if he actually makes that happen. When asked if he's started making plans for this Potter-Tron-Oz mashup, the artist only smiled and said, "Just thought about it right now."
