Donald Trump will not have John Legend’s vote next election. The R&B singer has made it clear that Trump's recent antics over whether Obama is a legal citizen are unacceptable.

Trump is so adamant about digging up some kind of dirt on Obama that he has hired private investigators to see if they can find Obama’s original birth certificate. So far, the White House hasn’t responded, except for Joe Biden’s daughter, who described Trump’s behavior as disgusting.

Whoopi Goldberg implied that Trump was being racist because this question never came up for White presidents. Trump denied that was the issue, but John Legend isn’t too sure.

New York Magazine caught up with Legend at the Jazz at Lincoln Center 2011 Annual Gala where he told them how he felt. "[Trump] needs to stop saying that racist bulls--t birther s--t. He should be ashamed of himself. It’s awful, really."
