The multi-faceted entertainer has announced his first stand-up comedy special, Nick Cannon: Mr. Showbiz.

Nick Cannon began his career in comedy, doing stand-up gigs at big comedy venues like The Improv and The Laugh Factory. He went on to become the youngest staff writer in television history when he was hired for the Nickelodeon sketch comedy series, All That, when he was 17.

On Nick Cannon: Mr. Showbiz, Cannon will chronicle his journey to stardom, including life with wife Mariah Carey, the two twins on the way and his failed attempts at becoming a gangster. The America’s Got Talent host will also discuss his Twitter war with Eminem.

The show was filmed at Las Vegas’ famed Palms Casino Resort and is scheduled to air Saturday, May 14 at 9 PM ET/PT on Showtime.
