Bad news for Kim Zolciak, but good news for fans: the firecracker housewife isn’t going anywhere.
NeNe Leakes may have quit Celebrity Apprentice, but when it comes to the show that started her whole claim to fame in the first place—The Real Housewives of Atlanta—her reps say she’s not going anywhere.
New York Daily News started rumors some months ago that the in-your-face reality personality might be getting the boot from the next season of Housewives “for a number of reasons including her ego.” There was even more talk that NeNe might get replaced with Marlo Hampton, who's engaged to NFL player Charles Grant, a man that NeNe was said to be dating after her marital problems.
NeNe’s rep shot it all down, telling E!, “"I'm happy to report that NeNe Leakes is still gainfully employed by Bravo as a castmember of the Real Housewives of Atlanta. In fact, after the finale of Celebrity Apprentice, NeNe spent some time in New York shooting scenes for the upcoming season."
Good! Can you imagine that show without NeNe’s antics!? And is the show going to touch on that whole fiasco with Star? We’ll be DVRing.
