R&B songstress and Dancing With the Stars vet: “I’m not really ready to date.”
Grammy-award winning R&B songstress Toni Braxton visited Access Hollywood Live yesterday with her two sisters. Saying how flattered she was, Braxton shared how she was approached to pose for Playboy and almost said yes immediately. At 43 and a mother of two, Braxton looks amazing and would fit naturally between the iconic magazine’s pages. She declined the offer because her sons are only 8 and 9 andm she feels they're too young.
Playboy isn’t the only thing getting turned down in Braxton’s world. The former Dancing With the Stars contestant says she not ready to date either. She may not be but her mom's ready for her to get back in the game. Through laughs, Braxton tells Access Hollywood Live, “My mom keeps telling me I need to go on the other side of the street because she’s single, and she’s been dating snowflakes.” Regardless of ethnicity, Braxton, who separated from her husband in 2009, explains pointedly she’s not yet ready to date.
Time will tell if Braxton takes her mom’s advice or goes for the gusto and strikes her bunny pose.
