From The Terminator to Anthony Weiner, men with big names and big wallets are increasingly being caught in big trouble. This time it’s Salma Hayek who’s in the news, and not for a new film. Her latest drama features her husband and Gucci executive Francois-Henri Pinault as the star of a scandalous paternity issue. Yahoo! News reports that while the Mexican beauty was pregnant with her four–year–old daughter Valentina, supermodel Linda Evangelista had birthed Pinault a son just eleven months prior.
After an aggressive courtship between the actress and the billionaire fashion tycoon, the couple wed in 2009 amidst swirling rumors of a love triangle between the two female stars and the Frenchman. A fixture in the fashion industry, Pinault was once married and had two children prior to having one with Hayek and Evangelista. The rumors can now rest as New York’s Family Court confirmed the paternity ID to the New York Post.
Following this news, it'll be interesting to see if Hayek files for a divorce like Maria Shriver has done, or if she will work it out in the manner of Weiner's wife Huma Abedin.
