Singer confirms rumors of her baby bump at concert.
During a recent performance at a charity concert in Jacksonville, Florida, Fantasia Barrino made a huge announcement… that she is pregnant.
It was at the opening of the new Riverview Apartments where the American Idol star told the outdoor crowd: “For a while I walked around figuring out what will they say and what will they think about me. But now I tell you, I don't live my life for folk.”
Following the statement, Fantasia began singing “Even Angels” from her album Back to Me.
No word yet on whether the father of her unborn child is on-again off-again boyfriend Antwan Cook. But the two were recently spotted vacationing together in Barbados, where the singer was sporting her then-rumored baby bump.
