When Angie Stone makes her return to music in 2012 with the release of her album Rich Girl, she’ll be getting help from an unexpected source. Stone confirmed in an interview with The Detroit News that actor Idris Elba will direct the video for what will likely be the album’s first single. Stone said she’s unsure if “I Can’t Take It” will end up the album’s first offering, but it’s what she’s leaning towards.

"It's about love, spiritual bonding, the love of sharing love and being rich in spirit," Stone said about the song. Elba has agreed to film a video for the song, partially because the tune reminds him of Amy Winehouse. On the British singer’s death, Stone said, “I am still reeling from it. I really hold her as a true pioneer.”
