Actress becomes latest celebrity judge on popular series.
In an all-new episode of RuPaul’s Drag U, actress and singer Raven-Symoné serves as a celebrity judge on the popular Logo series. The star of the new ABC Family series State of Georgia joins a lengthy list of other guest judges this season that include Glee’s Dot Jones, Carnie Wilson, Charo, model Beverly Johnson and Molly Ringwald.
Drag U centers on RuPaul and his drag queen faculty helping biological women unleash their inner diva through the power of drag. The women are paired with a drag faculty member and put through “The Dragulator,” a “highly-sophisticated piece of technology” that will reveal the ladies full drag potential. Ladies learn of their potential through various lesson plans intended to challenge the women inside and out. On Raven-Symoné’s episode of the show, the contestants will learn to make a budget face mask from peanut butter.
RuPaul's Drag U airs Monday nights 9/8C on Logo.
