Who says weddings have to cost money?
When you're a celebrity, weddings are big business. So did you really think that Kim Kardashian, of all people, wouldn't cash in? With the hype for their wedding tonight reaching a fever pitch, the reality mega-star and her hubby-to-be, NBA player Kris Humphries, sold photos of the ceremony for an astonishing $1.5 million.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the couple negotiated the big-bucks deal with People magazine, who bested several other tabloids in a furious bidding war. This is the second recent agreement Kardashian and Humphries have inked with the weekly, who doled out $300,000 back in May for the couple's engagement announcement.
Well, someone's gotta pay for the couple's $500,000 ceremony, right?
