CBS's The Talk Boots Leah Remini, Adds Kris Jenner and Sheryl Underwood \r \r \r

Holly Robinson Peete's future is unclear.

There's been a major shake-up at CBS's daytime chat show The Talk. After co-host Sharon Osborne announced in July that she would be leaving the show, CBS looks to be changing it's lineup of hosts entirely. Osborne's co-host Leah Remini was given the ax today, and Holly Robinson Peete's contract has not been renewed. Though, she clarified via Twitter today, "I have still not officially been released." Peete says she is "devastated by the news that Leah was not asked back to The Talk. She brought humor, heart and authenticity."
According to Deadline.com, replacing Osborne and Remini are Kardashian momager Kris Jenner (it's about time she got a talk show, but Lord help us) and stand-up comedienne Sheryl Underwood, a regular contributor on the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Underwood likes to call herself ”a sexually progressive God-fearing Black Republican." So…she's The Talk's answer to Elizabeth Hasselbeck?

Also returning are show creator Sara Gilbert and Julie Chen, wife of CBS chairman Les Moonves. We assume her job is safe.
