Halle Berry Wins Custody Battle

Halle Berry will sleep a little easier tonight. The star won a critical court battle today against her ex Gabriel Aubry regarding custody of their daughter, Nahla. TMZ reports that the former lovers faced off in court today on an issue in their signed custody agreement that has to do with how much time each of them gets to spend with Nahla when Halle is shooting a movie.

Details of the dispute are unclear, but we do know the judge sided with Halle's interpretation of the "movie clause," which means Aubry won't get to spend as much time with Nahla as he wanted.

Needless to say, there are never any winners in fights like this, but hopefully this is one big step towards putting an end to the fighting between three-year-old Nahla's parents.
