Oprah is coming back to the screen. The computer screen that is. Millions of social networkers across the globe will be overjoyed to see their former favorite daytime talk show icon as she signs on Thursday, September 8, to none other than Facebook. The mega media mogul will be part of a discussion about how to increase traffic on Oprah.com.

She’ll be in excellent company, according to the Hollywood Reporter, with Facebook’s COO Sheryl Sandberg and Twitter’s CEO Dick Costolo. Other Tech titans, executives from her TV production company, Harpo, and Hearst, which publishes Oprah’s magazine, are expected to join the meeting as well.

Reuters reports that Facebook users can tune in to the hour-long live video chat on the site at 1:30 pm EDT, and can leave questions for Winfrey on the page wall created for the event. Her official Facebook page has about 6.3 million fans. She has 7.2 million followers on Twitter.
