Should someone tell Mariah Carey that a treadmill is not a time machine? The 41-year-old mother of twins Moroccan and Monroe is determined to turn back the clock to her bodysuit and high-waisted jeans days, says her husband Nick Cannon.
"She's getting in shape," he revealed to Us Weekly. "At two months she was walking around in a bathing suit," he said. "Every day she's just killing it. I personally think she's going to come out looking better. I think that's what she's aiming for, and I think she'll reach that goal."
How, exactly, does Mimi plan to defy physics and gravity? "Obviously [she pays attention to her] diet and eating properly," he added. "She does long, long hours on the treadmill. It's all doing it the right way."
Carey's desire to become a teenager again is nothing new (just look at her album titles: Charmbracelet, Glitter, Rainbow, Butterfly ...), but hopefully, this time, she'll avoid the mood swings and bad fashion choices.
