They say “break a leg” in Hollywood. Well, Halle Berry came close in Spain yesterday after an accident that resulted in her being wheeled out of the hospital in a cast.
The actress broke her foot after taking a misstep. TMZ reports, “she heard a crack and then felt the pain.” The unfortunate injury is causing problems for the movie she’s currently filming, Cloud Atlas, which also features Tom Hanks, Jim Sturgess, Hugo Weaving, Susan Sarandon and Hugh Grant.
According to sources working on the film, "the immediate plan is to shoot around her" and that will include a combination of filming Halle from the waist up, using a stunt double, and shooting scenes in which the actress doesn’t appear.
